All problems on the A11, A14 and the A12 South from Junction 55 of the A14 are the responsibility of the Highways Agency
Any problems regarding lorries with unsecured loads need to be reported directly to Suffolk Police
Only report one type of problem per form; if you have more than one problem to report to us, please complete another form
Suffolk Highways will not be able to pursue any incident with a specific haulier if the haulier details are not provided
